Rep. Larry Haler seeks citizen input during coffee hour in Richland

Before the state Legislature convenes in Olympia on Monday (Jan. 12) for a scheduled 105-day session, a local lawmaker wants to have coffee with you. John Sattgast reports from Olympia.
Sattgast: State Representative Larry Haler is holding a district coffee hour in Richland on Wednesday to discuss the upcoming 2015 session and to hear from you.
Haler: “I like interacting with people in my district. I do this all the time. I try to have at least three or four coffees, maybe five a year. So this is an opportunity to get their feedback.”
Sattgast: Eighth District Republican State Representative Larry Haler of Richland, who says constituent input is important as he goes to Olympia and votes on critical issues, such as the state budget and education funding. Citizens are invited to join Haler in the Commons area of the CSA Building, located at 719 Jadwin Avenue in Richland. The event begins this Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. John Sattgast, Olympia.
