Rep. Larry Haler, Rep. Brad Klippert and Sen. Jerome Delvin invite constituents in the 8th Legislative District to participate in a telephone town hall meeting Thursday, Feb. 23.  The community conversation begins at 6:30 p.m. and will last one hour.
