Haler to hold district coffee in Richland

Rep. Larry Haler, R-Richland, will hold a district “coffee” on Saturday, Oct. 10 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Apollo Hall in Richland.  Area residents and 8th Legislative District constituents are invited to discuss the upcoming session or other issues of concern.

“We recently held a local health care forum that was very well received and attended,” Haler said.  “Health care reform is a huge issue with people right now.  We also have to consider a state budget that is already close to a billion dollars in the red, based on the most recent revenue forecast.  There is a lot going on and I would love to hear from as many folks as possible.”

Haler has held several district “coffees” at various locations around the district.  Continuing the tradition, he is encouraging citizens to take the opportunity to visit with him to share ideas on district priorities and solutions to issues impacting Eastern Washington communities.

SATURDAY, Oct. 10
2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
